SilverPick Contracting is a full service, high quality home builder in the Four Corners Area of Colorado. We build most of our homes in the Durango and Bayfield area. We strive to build quality homes that are suited to the individual's needs.

Jaaron Mankins, owner of SilverPick Contracting has lived in the area for 31 years and has had experience in all phases of construction. As a third generation resident of the area, Jaaron knows the area and is familiar with all of the assets the surrounding countryside has to offer.

Our primary focus is custom home building, however, we also do remodels, additions, garages, small commercial construction, and excavation. We typically build stick framed houses, but we have also been involved in log homes as well.
